NOTE - Gift cards, pencil portraits and extra pet fees are PAID IN FULL upon purchase. But ALL other paintings only require a 50% deposit.
Please note that the smallest size painting (6”x6”) will show a pet’s HEAD ONLY.
Prices included below are for any kind of pet, not just cats and dogs.
Is there a painting size you want that is not shown below? I also offer 8”x8”, 10”x10” and 12”x12” and other sizes are possible. Want more than two pets in a pencil drawing or for me to paint your child or friend? Email me to discuss any of these additional options.
DETAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
I pledge to create a unique work of art that will truly capture your pet’s spirit and be treasured for years to come.
All paintings are completed on 140 pound, 100% cotton archival watercolor paper using only professional grade watercolor paints.
Please remember that quality photos are key. See “NEXT STEPS” for useful tips on how to provide the best reference photos. To further inspire my work, please also tell me more about your pet’s history, personality and habits.
Please note that mat and framing are not included. I would be happy to offer suggestions on outside framing options. Framing is a important component for a well finished piece.
I will update you on the work as I proceed and your input is KEY. Please inform me in advance if you have specific color or background preferences and I will take those into account when choosing the color palette and composition.
When complete, I will email you an image of the finished work. Please inform me at that time if you would like any alterations and I will do my best depending on the request and the limitations of the medium used.
Work usually takes from a few weeks to a month to complete, depending on existing orders. Let me know if you have a deadline (like a birthday) and I will make every attempt to accommodate. Please keep in mind however that your place on the waitlist is determined by when BOTH the deposit and reference photos are submitted. For rush orders email me to discuss an additional charge.

SHIPPING
There is a flat fee shipping cost of $20 via USPS Priority Mail for destinations in the United States of America. Email me to calculate international rates.
If you can pick the art up yourself in Alameda, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) enter code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to not pay the shipping fee.
All work up to 11x14 inches is carefully packed with a backer board, plastic sleeve and rigid mailer envelope. Items larger in size are packed in a mailing tube. Shipping usually takes 5-7 days.
Email me to discuss gift wrapping as an option.
Artist will take great care preparing art for shipping but is not responsible for damage during shipment.
These are one-of-a-kind works of art. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
